A unit is any apartment, any parking space or garage, and any commercial space. What matters is the number of units you create — not the number of properties, tenants or staff.

The monthly plan has no minimum term — cancel any time, effective at the end of the current month, via “Verträge hier kündigen” in the footer. With annual payment the contract runs for the prepaid billing year and can be cancelled at its end.

Your plan moves up automatically once you cross a tier — pro rata from the day of the change, not retroactively. If your portfolio shrinks, the same applies in reverse. From 61 units we bill per unit, €0.99 per unit and month, incl. VAT.

Paying yearly means paying for ten months and getting twelve — 2 months free, in exchange for committing to the billing year. If you want to stay flexible, take the monthly plan — it cancels any time.

No. There is no setup fee and no per-user cost. You bring your portfolio in via the AI-assisted import — upload lease PDFs and the data is extracted for you.

Nothing automatic. You test the full feature set for 30 days without payment details. If you do not carry on, access simply ends — nothing is charged. Your data stays stored and is back as soon as you add a payment method.

Usually yes: for income from letting, these costs are typically deductible expenses. Your invoice is always available in your account. For your individual case please ask your tax adviser.
